Not very user friendly. Competitor apps are far easier to navigate.
Well done to BA I’m well satisfied with the service - easy to book as well as confirm tickets. Checking in a pleasure !
Previous versions were so much better. Continuously having to re-download the App as won’t show my bookings. The old version it would be front and centre on the landing screen. Use of web internally is confusing and clunky. Learn from past and do better please
BA is definitely the easiest app to navigate.
The worst in the industry!!! Cannot login, then hangs, then you cannot select seats!!! Was forced to fly BA for our route / destination but will try and avoid BA at all cost in future … not as if our Business Class tickets were cheap either so imagine not even being able to sit next to your spouse over 2 x 11 hour journeys!!!
One has to go out and back to add a boarding pass

Boarding pass inconsistent when choosing to receive it on mobile (specifically Apple wallet)
Despite numerous attempts, we could not check in online, for out return journey. The app just advised that we “go to the airport to check in”, and gave no reason or alternative. Trying the online chat proved fruitless. We went to Warsaw airport 6 hours before departure to use the self help check in, no luck. The kiosk scanned our passports but for some reason could not scan the transit Visa and the result was. “We are unable to complete check-in, please seek assistance” We asked around for such assistance from BA but was advised that such a service is not available and that we would have to wait till 2 hours before departure for physical check in. Although we were first in the check in line, my wife and I have to sit separately on the long London to JHB leg. Add to this your ridiculous requirement for an expensive airside transit visa (which was not disclosed when we bought the ticket) and which caused a lot of distress (and additional expense) to obtain once we (accidentally) found out about it of rom the polish embassy. Needless to say, that given our experience, we would probably never fly with British Airways again and we would go out of our way to tell all and sundry about it warning them to not make the same mistake.
