Delayed. Again

Zero communication. No assistance.

Rubbish like the service

The App feels like it was designed by a blind two year old. But half covered by banners, even when in the app you have annoying banners popping up asking you to open in the App???? You think with the pathetic service you get that they would invest in the App to give some slight chance of being serviced.

Booked flights not loaded

The App never has my bookings loaded and often gives me problems when I try to manually load my bookings. This is a poor show

Inability to change seats

Unfortunately your app always has issues. Tonight it would not let me change my seat, skipped some of the check in steps and issued a boarding pass before I had a chance to change my seat. You offer a choice of meals- vegetarian being my preference and often there are no vegetarian options left. I have indicated a preference for aisle or window, but only ever get offered middle seats. Your claims page goes in a circle and doesn’t allow claims to be put in- baggage was delayed last flight.

Poor app

The worst airline app and experience I’ve seen so far - it beggars belief !!

Super average

Slow, buggy and missing intuitive menu items. You can do so much better. Have a look at your competitors.

Decent app, useless company

Do not fly with British Airways, absolute worst Airline out there

Cannot add extra baggage

I can’t add extra bag despite trying multiple times and the app freezes.

Update required

Not very user friendly. Competitor apps are far easier to navigate.
