Very hard to use

You should be able to “Delete” an item in the Order Review step if you mistakenly order to many or multiple items of same product!

The app is very difficult to navigate not user-friendly at all. Definitely don’t recommend using the app Walmart, Sams, Costco, target, and H-E-B are all very user-friendly not Brookshire

The men and women that bring out my groceries are always so friendly and personable. Great job to them!!!!

The Click Shop Save coupons no longer work at checkout since the latest update. You can add them but it doesn’t discount at checkout

It is so difficult to find and clip the e coupons you are told you have that is sent in an email

It’s very difficult to apply coupons to what you are buying. It says there’s a coupon available, so you clip it, then the item disappears. When you search the item and put it in your cart, the clipped coupon doesn’t apply. You should be able to clip the coupon, then immediately select the item and see the savings. If you have coupons saved in your wallet, they should immediately apply if you select the item. Also, the search function is unhelpful for many items. I searched “cold medicine” and the only results I got were for boxes of cereal.

The app is cumbersome and it threw me out several times. I wish there were more ways to sort/filter/search so I didn’t have to scroll through so many items

It’s very painful looking for specific items and this focus stops me most of the time shopping
