BRPL POWER App

Whenever try to view bill detail or register a complaint it says could not connect to server.

This app doesn’t seem to be functional. No one is bothered to fix it at BRPL.

When i loggin sucessfull. After login everytime enter CA details. Bad experience

Unable to raise complain for power failure in the area. It keep flicker when click on raise complain And when tried to call from app it give the no which is not on use and never connects When click on app support from App Store it open brpl website and there is also no updated information how to complain about app issues And it also keep showing me same amount each month which I have pay for my bill and then I have have to manually download pdf which give me correct amount So lots of issue with the app but no one is looking into it It like still a govt own company instead of a relience venture

Some problems in the app 1. PDF bill only view don’t have save option 2. Some of features not working, like i want to register a complaint, no action performed when i click on “No current complaint register”

I have tried multiple times but app remove CA account if total number is more than 2 accounts

Hi , pls correct / fix the bug as app is not working in any mode .. it’s not showing bill / not working even after putting the CA & meter details !!

Payment receipt with transaction no not after bill payment, but money has been paid to bses

I have 6 CA ac in my App need to add 1 more ca which I cannot do it ? Any limit on numbers of CA can add to a App , every time I add my ac with CA and meter number it comes in App .. can pay etc but after a while it gets removed ,Every month have to add & pay
