Brutal Age: Horde Invasion

This game is pushing further and further into pay to play. You will not succeed unless you are willing to put big money into it. The Developers don’t listen to the players and the Help Contacts are basically useless. A lot of long term players are dropping the game. My advice is to steer clear. Better games out there.

Don’t bother, no customer service at all

The recent update s an embarrassment to this company. Every move I make there is an error. That it was allowed to go live, is beyond belief. The chat system has been destroyed, and disappears each time you reload, and we are booted so often or something hangs that reloading is constant. In decades of gaming I have never seen anything like this. Glitches, lag, constant crashes, nothing doing as it should, error after error after error, players unable to log in and unable to see chat or messages if they manage to, troops walking backwards or stuck to the screen like they are on a treadmill, loading failures, outposts missing, incorrect displays, battle reports mixing up players, rallies not showing, March timers missing or shown as not started when troops are moving, routine tasks all messed up, and many many more, it would take hours to list them all. And customer service just went missing, completely overwhelmed by the player backlash all we get is autogenerated messages saying we are in a queue, and maybe a response once every three or four days to take note of the errors, unpaid testers that we are, including VIP customer service. Yet despite our pleas that major events are cancelled until they sort this absolute mess out, they run them anyway. Three weeks in and the game is close to unplayable, errors that are corrected, such as march presets, break again… barely anything has been done.. a few minor fixes every two or three days with many of those not working properly.. Essentially this major update was untested, and now the players are forced to do the testing for them, and in the process, we lose power, lose troops, lose progress, lose friends as players are quitting in droves and are frustrated beyond belief. Shame on you tap4fun for this unprofessional mess, you have destroyed the game.

They do terrible updates and upgrades without fixing any of the current issues. The keep increasing spending weekly and don’t listen to most players saying it needs to stop. Many of the best players have already left the game. Was a good game at one point but now the developers lie to players saying they care about us and listen to our feedback. This is a lie as most players do not want more spending events, THEY WANT LESS. Now latest update they ruin all graphics and gameplay and try to claim all players wanted this. Nobody was asked this ever and everyone is angry.

Another loot crate game. The adverts look nothing like the game. Why don’t game companies spend the time on updating the game and using that instead of fake commercials that look heaps better than the actual game.

Putting it plainly, depending where you from you will be treated accordingly, if you from certain Asian country you will get better Customer service, better deals better “LUCK” , it’s normal to purchase something and the developers takes it back (thousands of dollars worth) and gives you no refund or any compensation, it’s normal also for the developers to promise you something but then bailout they are the Judge, Jury, Executioner! Not only that, they have deceiving techniques, actual developers will pose as players and mimic a big spending player to push others to spend, the more western people on a certain server a more such thing appears! I hope apple reviews their Facebook page and see the long list of people who complained, don’t go to brutal age official page, go to the other pages made by actual players! RUN!

Dont update please. More you update to add more stuffs, it loses its own uniqueness. Less interesting compared to when i first encountered this game 2 years ago.
