Brutal Age: Horde Invasion

I got a problem with the event, contacted customer service multiple time after that. They said that I would have my answer after a day and its been a week, the only things I received are automatically responses from bot. This game is dying (or dead already) and if you are a customer support and reading this, you guys are one of the reason for its death.

I spend money on this game and now can't login after update to new version from 03/07. Looks like they blocked my id or something without any explanation via mail or other notification If my problem is not solved, I have a lot of friends who can give them a few hundred thousand 1 star reviews on all platforms, they will have to solve some problems to feel my feeling now.

Many spenders got treated so bad. Customer service is showing their disrespectful to players. Threatening loyalty players. Don’t test our limits. I guess you guys are fking blind and didn’t see how many people had left the game. More and more packs everyday means that “THE GAME IS DYING”
