Unbelievable luck of profesionalism
Me and thousands of other people who play brutal age have lost our accounts, due to a server problem tap4fun (games developers have had today). My account was already bound with my facebook account but somehow the connection between my fb account and my in game progess and data has vanished. Same story with thousands of other game users that keep reporting this on the games facebook page! No one can login to their account.. A few hours into the problem and the game's developers posted on their fb page that they're working towards solving the issue and a few more hours later they posted again saying the issue has been resolved. Thats obviously not the case since more and more people kepp reporting that they are still unable to login to their accounts.. Months or even years of progress has been lost and its been hours since we've had an update. As far as we all know, the games developers consider the issue resolved, not to mentioned that they do not reply to anyones messages since the issue apeared..! Very unprofesional, not to mention this is fraud! Its the equivalent of people paying their monthly house installments for years and one day the people you've been paying to get the house built, lock you out of the house with no answer as to if and when you can ever get back into the place!! Even if they eventually retrieve our accounts, theres no telling of what has happened to our outposts, resources, payed boosts that have gone to waste since we got locked out.. 😤😖
