Stiil not fixed yet at the FROST FIRE event stil many bug

This is a pay to play game. No fun at all if you don't pay. And not much advancement you can do without paying. With rude customer service who blame you if the game have glitches.

Best game ever

Alway get beat early and cannot fight back

I had been playing Brutal Age for 2 years. It begin with horde and clan invasion within server before introducing server war between server war. Adding in the features of partnering system and dragonkin’s do help to spur the interest continuance to the game. However it create an imbalance of players’ avatar to reach a certain level to keep up with the game. For players whom had been long and playing fairly is good but for players whom had a misled characters will disrupt the game nature and reduce the interest of new players participating or long time players to stay on. Server merging is good to keep the game more socialise but on the negative parts, native server clans may potentially discriminate the visiting clan members from other server. In this case, foresee the effort will further reduce players in this game. Few opportunities for the game company policy to look into the improvement are to create FairPlay among new and existing players, reduce cheats which some players use multiple bots or software (NOX) through different account created but in same IP address as well as encouraging unity as this helps to keep the groups maintained hence customer retention. Overall this game is an addiction to me until the server merge cause some existing players was ousted due to discrimination of power players to cleanse the visiting clans so they can rule on their existing server.
