BT Email

Appalling, seriously the worst email app I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. Emails don’t load, search is useless. I’ve lost or missed so many important emails due this app. Avoid at all costs.

Lots of spam. Very clumsy. Just horrible. The old yahoo was a million times better.

The app is absolutely terrible

BT email is erratic when overseas and the apps be it BT or Apple fail in Australia and require multiple attempts to restore.

Worst email app for mail ever Don’t use unless you have to

New BT Mail is extremely annoying, it continually logs you out of the app and takes forever to load all your emails. Always loved the BT Mail but using my Gmail account a lot more, this app is very clunky, I don’t normally give scathing reviews but this has to be said, NOT HAPPY BT!!

So slow. If I could swap I would. Logs you out at will. No notification of any new emails.

Since the ‘upgrade’ I am frequently having to log back in as my token expires. There really is no point in having the app, it would be easier just to use the internet to check my emails. Very disappointing.

This app frequently logs me out due to token expiry which rather defeats the object if an email app which at the very least should be able to be left running and logged in

It was bad enough from the start - after being effectively forced to use this dire excuse of an app because it literally impossible to configure a BT email account to any other email client.! but now it seems every hour my security token expires forcing me to enter my email address and password every time - because of course their no facial recognition let alone fingerprint authentication that every other client has nowadays A complete fail and BT should be ashamed
