The app itself is good but some of the promotions are wrong such as the buy one get one. It says big bang but you can’t actually get it in the offer and some other things like the drinks

Bad taste and customer service. Had to wait for 1 hour and ten minutes. And taste was awful. Only ketchup sauce with little or no cheese having no taste.

There is too much lag while loading on this application as well as on your website. Whenever I click on the order now button it takes like eternity to open up even then it says some type of error ig 505.

Keeps getting logged out for no reason. I have to sign in everytime with OTP

There is no card on delivery and pick up option available.

Worst experience ever the food was tasteless I order a burger which costs 990 rupees & the size was too small & taste like something very smelly🤢. Don’t buy from them plz waste of money

It’s better to donate money than to buy food from Burger lab. Just wasted 3K for nothing. Meat was smelly. Wrap didn’t have any sauce burned fries. Never buy again
