Cheetay - Grocery Shopping

It’s a terrible app. It doesn’t let me write a bad review on orders. When I press the single star button the screen just freezes and there’s nothing I can do but close the app and open it again. However, when I tried pressing the five stars once it just happened in a jiffy and let me submit the review. Funny. I have had countless terrible experiences with Cheetay but since I live pretty far away from the city and Cheetay is the only app that delivers grocery this far, I have no choice but to keep using it despite the bad experiences.

So i was regular user of cheetay grocery and today came to know about that they’ve limited their service to some areas Keep it up cheetay, how you can improve your service is by shutting down your business. The only way you can reduce your service.

Used 1st and last time

Update your address module man. You just lost a customer and you are losing customers. Due to restarted address saving module.

I have ordered 3 times from them and it has not been a smooth user experience every single time. Today I tried ordering from them and their ‘slide to order’ widget is unresponsive. When I contact customer support about the issue they ask me to reinstall the app. Disappointing. We are all up for supporting our very own Pakistani companies but it’s disappointing when they don’t do their work for a smooth user experience on their applications.

You’ll place an order and it won’t go through, if it ends up going through, it won’t get processed and 20 minutes in it will get cancelled BUT if you’re really really lucky, it’ll actually get processed but would be delivered in twice the time quoted and cold. You’re better off using any of the several other food delivery services out there

Cheetay has an excellent food delivery service. There is a considerable variety of cuisines available. Much better than other food deliveries. We’re always able to order food from our favourite restaurants from the comfort of our home! Especially beneficial for when you have friends and family over.

Stay away. Ordered their weekly lunch option paid in advance for a week of lunch. Only got the first day when they received the payment. No more deliveries have been made, customer service have been useless. Not even a refund or any form of compensation has been offered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused. Unbelievable that a company can behave this way with its customers in today's day and age! Despicable.
