Busch Gardens

The map helps to move around but the access to the rides information in cumbersome and the waiting time not accurate. Short term information like closure for thunderstorm is not even mentioned.

The maps is useful to find the way to the attractions. Unfortunately there is no additional information about the attractions (wait times, delays etc). You can filter the attraction (wait times) but that's only in 15min steps and you don't see delays. ->the universal studios park app is much better

This app is really only useful for wait times and the map. There is so much inaccurate info from non updated menus, to incorrect opening/closing times for restaurants, the directions also will path you in completely incorrect ways(for example I was routed to walk thru the Serengeti which is the animals habitats, and unecessible). I even asked the ambassadors if they are aware and they also shared my sentiments with how poorly informed the app is. Best way to use it is to get an idea of what Busch gardens has to offer.

As much as I love this park, the app is almost NEVER accurate with wait times. One time I went to Cheetah Hunt and the app said it was a 5 minute wait, I arrive and it’s 70 minutes!

They will never stop spamming!! If you can one time, they will email forever. Twice a day! It’s terrible!

Same as the Seaworld app, you can’t link your ticket to your app

No basic functions like adding a ticket manually to the app with a barcode, number, etc. Somehow my tickets did not automatically go into my account on app when on PC. Now I have printed tickets with no way to add to the app. Terrible design and functionality. Terrible!

It says some rids are open and some closed some have no wait time showing I don’t get it pls help me
