There is no way that I can see that you can make a acount all you can do is log in
great service, subpar app
buyee itself is great, and i haven’t encountered a problem using its services, but the application has extremely long loading times and sometimes the entire application has to be restarted just to be able to use it at all. if you have the option, the website is much better to use.
Great at every step of the way
Buyee does a great job of outlining their process(es), their services, and if you can read then it’s all right there for you to discover. They also have good online support, and they keep you updated at every step of the way! Only one issue so far was I purchased a pair of snowboard bindings and they indicated on the customs form that they were a pair of shoes? This cost me a 20% tax which I’m now fighting to recoup with my local government as sporting equipment should have a zero (0)% import tax associated. Otherwise it’s been fantastic service and QUICK! Overnight parts from Japan anyone?!
Not working on iPhone
It’s not working. It keeps crashing!
Legal scam
This site is a scam, they have a lot of hidden charges, they over charge for the shipping, Also if you pay the “insurance “ and you receive fake items you have to contact the factory of your item and have a writing letter from them explaining why your purchase is fake
The service itself is pretty neat, but…
The app is genuinely horrendous. Large load times, if it loads at all. It takes forever just to show a single listing.
Expensive
Prepare to be nickel and dimed at every step of the process of ordering something from these guys. The average shipping to Canada will cost you 50-80$ per item.
customer support chat keyboard
the keyboard does not work, there is an app breaking glitch when contacting customer support through the chat, which slides the text box underneath of the keyboard where you cannot see it.
A decent complement to the website
The app functions just as well as the website does, I do wish it was a little more optimized for mobile as it could definitely benefit from right swipe features. Nonetheless it’s a helpful app to help you easily keep track of your orders.
