Bad customer service
I have been waiting for more than a week, their CS team still cannot get back to me about the status of my order and do not provide a timeline. But they do recap their policy to inform me that I cannot get refund anyway, though all I want is just a helpful CS and affirmative timeline! And the stupidest thing is when I saw their unhelpful reply, I checked the status on app again, the orders status has been actually. That means the CS staff do not check and reply me the latest status. It is an extremely bad experience, not recommended!
