I have been trying to get in contact with BYKEA report or complain option it all goes in vain I have to show them what their so called riders do when they charge you from wallet slightly they say ur cash haven’t received pay us cash anyways when I try to open report box the app shut down

waited a month for them to fix “you already have a ride in progress” glitch they never did.

My application is stucked on rider review from last many days, i have tried reinstalling the application but still the same issue. Unable to book any ride.

There is no place to lodge a complaint.

Not sending me sms code on my phone number i tried 12 times not even call verification works . Useless application, if I can’t sign up how am I supposed to book a ride. Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I Download and Delete the App Three Time but it Stuck in the loading Screen Not unable to use Bykea in My phone

I’m having trouble with an app that’s stuck on the splash screen. I’ve checked that all the necessary permissions are granted, and I’m running the latest version of iOS on my 16 Pro device. Can you please take a look and see if you can find a solution? Thanks a bunch!

It’s the worst app right now I’ve tried to open it multiple times and even reinstalled it many times but it’s not working

I really hate this app it the riders are not honest at all they take more money that is estimated and it has alot of bugs and glitches as well
