Stupid application with wrong map integration. So annoying for client and driver both

The booking history tab does not load any details and times out after 15-20 seconds and i am unable to view any scheduled or past rides. Furthermore, when a rider has accepted the ride offer, the app does not take me to the tracking screen and instead just sits on the searching page. Its a great un convenience please fix it.

Since i update the bykea app is not working, as i open the app it disappears from display of iphone 6 plus kindly fix this issue

I use the service everyday to get food delivered from home to my office, but most of the times I have to wait at least half an hour or an hour for some rider to accept the ride. Some times even the app goes bonkers and book rides and cancel them leaving me to pay when I book the next ride. There are a lot of bugs in the app which needs to be fixed. It would be really great if someone from the development team can work on that.

I’ve been facing this problem since two days now , the fares don’t show up after I select the drop off location .. please fix this

while booking a ride, i’m facing an issue. the app is not proceeding to fix the ride fare, nor is it aligned on my phone screen. i’ve been facing this issue since i upgraded my software version to ios 17.5.1
