Looks like the app is dead, it’s neither loading or working after taking all login credentials.

Firstvitbws cheap. But now they are as costly as other cab service operators. The worst part is that they don't accept the bookings , the Admin has a track record of cancelling the bookings 98% out of 10 bookings 9 bookings aren't done. Should not rely on them for early morning bookings.

You can’t see where the driver partner has reached, you can’t book as the app does not allow you to go forward. The service when you get is very good, hardly any cancellation but the App is no good.

I had a awesome experience cabs are clean and affordable compared to all other cab service in mumbai.

Not a user friendly app for IOS users. Tried multiple time to add funds in wallet using various UPI wallets/Net Banking but no success. Finally added funds using UPI. When I booked a cab with option of using funds from wallet then it didn’t allowed. I had to pay driver using other payment method. My money is stucked in wallet but there is no option of transferring it back to my bank. This is frustrating.

Easily the worst app and cab service provider. Not worth downloading. Unreliable, cancel at the end always

Though the concept of mobility is excellent and I deliberately try to book EV to promote but they don’t have any customer service. The no. which r mentioned just ring n nobody attend. Thrice I booked scheduled cabs but online the booking vanishes n no intimation. I parked money in their wallet n there is no chance to withdraw. Highly irritating with this kind of irresponsible service.

Very bad service. Whenever you book cab driver says No on call.

Pathetic app .. no surety of cab .. random cancellation, no call connectivity to driver
