Absolutely horrible disgrunted drivers always arguing and fighting and driving like there is no tomorrow for the car Absolutely failed service Not safe for women passengers High waiting time is still acceptable but argumentative drivers and rash driving No way

I was not able to book cab. I think there is non existent cab fleet.

This new one doesn’t allow booking of cabs. Just says trip already running.

Good quality cars, but the worst app ever. Pathetic user experience. Tired of the app crashes. Non existent customer care.

It's a good option to book cabs from the airport.

They will show the estimated charges for the ride through their app based on this when you take a ride, their app will generate far more charges than they quoted. If you ask for the refund they will refuse it. Where as if you take uber their app is accurate and shows correct estimated charges for ride. Don’t opt for this service. It’s worst.

Hi, Fares are comparatively lower compared to other cab service providers but if you’ve to immediately go somewhere then it’s not recommended as cab takes around 20mins to arrive. Also, the app doesn’t show the live location of driver nor the location where cab is at present Only once driver enters otp it shows that app has reached your location and once the drive completes the trip thatb point the app will directly show your destination location Need to work a lot on the app itself. Hoping these issues gets fixed in the future updates

Not great as Uber or Ola . Also now their prices are at par with Uber no cheap rides available as it use to be earlier so no can’t wait too much for their service because in ₹10-30 extra you get Ola Uber in 2-3 minutes so why waste time behind cab -e rides. I was a regular user earlier but now their services are become mediocre or they are going worse especially after 8-9 pm their cabs aren’t available for ride so seriously don’t rely on them.

I booked their cab for 388 Rs from andheri to Mahalaxmi, it showed on their app and when I reached Mahalaxmi then guess what happened…..they charged 700Rs from me. They don’t want to give any service, they are just fetching money.
