Have taken a few trips with Cabana and love it every time. The ease of having the reservation in the app and being able to check in without digging through emails for confirmation numbers is awesome. Can’t wait until concierge itineraries are in there too. Overall great experience.

Booked for the van, got the confirmation number, the app explicitly saying our van is ready with the car plates showing. Asked friends to drop us off at pickup location. The van was there, but the check-in button didn't work. We called customer service, was told they did not charge our card thus the booking was invalid. And they sent one email in the morning asking if we still want it when all this time we were led to believe we already booked and ready to pick up the van, then we were blamed for not checking email and reply them so they rented the van to other customers. In the end, we didn't get the van, didn't even get any sincere apology nor resolved situation and had to digest other expenses due to cancelled trip. Buggy app. Terrible customer service. Ps the give feedback in app doesn’t even function why bother if you don’t really care about customer feedback.
