T.Y Thank you so much! She made me the best, sweetest Salted Caramel Latte I’ve ever had in all my years of enjoying coffee at Café Nero. It was absolutely perfect, and your effort truly made my day. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Brilliant, friendly staff.

I tried to redeem a vitality voucher at London Bridge station. It scanned ok, it disappeared from the app, and the activity section of the app now says “voucher reedemed”. However, the staff said it didn’t work and wouldn’t let me have the drink I’d ordered without paying extra for the coffee. As far as I was concerned I’d already paid for it with the voucher so I didn’t have it.

Everyone in Devizes branch is fab!! Drinks are always fab and I come here all the time to meet friends! The app is also brilliant, especially the crackers and I love that I don’t need to carry around my stamp card!

At the moment, it seems that phone verification is experiencing some issues, which led me to use a non-iPhone as a workaround. It's worth noting that this mainly impacts those who deal with vouchers, as phone verification doesn't seem to affect most users. I've contacted support for assistance, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet. It would be great if this issue could be addressed to improve everyone's user experience.

The app is great, so easy to use and I also appreciate that I get a discount when I bring my own coffee cup which I do all the time now as I’ve found it’s so easy to always have it in my bag. Not using the app so much lately as my local Nero has become so shabby and dirty.

Lost the number of times I’ve used the app at the till and it does not work Sometimes it even beeps to make you think it’s worked ! Rubbish , don’t know why I bother

Great coffee, especially the Brazil blend. I see one negative on the app. I’m unable to see how many stamps i currently have. After a purchase yesterday and a bonus stamp my card looks to be empty 🤨
