CAFU Fuel & Car Service To You

This is not acceptable; the prices keep increasing every few months. For just an exterior wash, the price has reached AED 75! This will be my last time using Cafu. Washing the car at a petrol station for both exterior and interior won’t cost more than AED 50.

Very supportive, even very good service in remote area also , no complaints I ever make since 5 years.

How can it be you can never use the app when connect to WIFI? It can only work when using data - data which is expensive in UAE compared to many other places in the world. Should be fixed so can work on WIFI

I ordered a car wash service today, i noticed that the captain upon his arrival taking a lot of photos for my car interior and exterior, asked me to give him my car key, i realized and was shocked that he was gathering data about my vehicle, tires brand, size and details, battery, mileage, and this was based on the company procedures asked from him, i immediately asked him to leave and i canceled the order…..I am wondering if this is legal and am sure i am not accepting this practice !!!!

Extremely quick, and awesome service

Never comes on time. I place an order for tyre pressure top up the commit to do this job within 20-30 minutes but they al most 2 hours and told me it was a rush service. Don’t use their emergency services you will suffer for couple of hours. It’s better to hire someone else for it.

This app was good, now the worst

I was given a price for a car wash after I provided the make and model of my car, once the service was complete I was charged an extra 15% for no reason. I tried to ask for an explanation from the customer service centre but was given no justification for the extra charge, I’m really disappointed
