CAFU Fuel & Car Service To You

I like the service however there are 2 things that are annoying. If I order for one car the amount you block from My credit card is 1 aed however for 2 cars you block 360 aed. If i order them separately you have to come to my place teice and still block 1 aed. Isn’t it weird? And he second thing is that you are always forcing to send a review which is annoying. If i do not rate the experience i can not continue in the app

They put an hold on your credit card and you have to beg (if you can find anyone to talk) for them to remove the hold after the fuelling.

Ever since I started using Cafu, I don't stop at the gas station unless I have to. Thanks CAFU :)

One of the best services in Dubai

This is first time i tried this amazing service. It is very convenient. I asked them to fuel my car that is staying in the private compound. The deiver was very polite. The rate for liter was very good, and all happened seamlessly. There is no way, i am going to gas station again.

This is not acceptable; the prices keep increasing every few months. For just an exterior wash, the price has reached AED 75! This will be my last time using Cafu. Washing the car at a petrol station for both exterior and interior won’t cost more than AED 50.

Very supportive, even very good service in remote area also , no complaints I ever make since 5 years.

On Time

How can it be you can never use the app when connect to WIFI? It can only work when using data - data which is expensive in UAE compared to many other places in the world. Should be fixed so can work on WIFI
