6.49 EUR per week for a calculator!
It's a scam designed to force you into choosing the subscription, which is outrageously expensive! After studying the screen—if you have good eyes—you might notice the free option. However, if you click it, you are then prompted to consent to advertisements and share your data with 800+ vendors…. Who wants a calculator with advertisements? I blame the vendor, but even more, I blame Apple; it should have mechanisms in place to prevent such applications from ending up on the App Store. Moreover, the app's rating is 4.6, which is very high but fake, since the 5-star reviews were from 3, 4, or 5 years ago when there were no ads or subscriptions. Most recent reviews are 1 star. This is highly misleading, and again, Apple is to blame. The worst part is that this app was actually promoted by Apple as one of the top 10 applications for productivity, which means Apple is endorsing it. This raises serious questions about whether we should still trust Apple. I used to love Apple because you could trust they would protect users and only allow curated applications on the App Store. Promoted apps were always a safe choice... not anymore.
Disgusting
They sell your data to 886 different vendors, if you don’t pay them. Also the price is ridiculously expensive, 4 times of what you pay for Apple Music! Almost like they want you to accept those ads and the “free” version.
