New user.
I’ve been a free user for a few weeks now and there is plenty of free content to ‘give it a go’ before committing. I have just started my subscription to gain access to more structured workouts. I workout at home currently with nil equipment at a reasonably beginner level and there is plenty of options to get going before purchasing any equipment. I did a lot of looking around at similar heavily advertised apps and they had endless complaints, often with regards to the ‘free trial’ or similar, which really has not been an issue on this app. Would recommend highly based on my experience so far.
