Complaint regarding CUBE app
This is the send time I’ve had a problem with the app and I haven’t gotten responses. I could not open an important interview which I recorded to listen and personally transcribe. When I tried to send a message to the support@apps within the CUBE app, the arrow button would not send. I took screenshots of the message and sent to the address site given by regular Text. I have not gotten a response and time is crucial. They do not provide a phone number to be able to call a Help Line. It is very frustrating!
