まず、キャリア側で三者通話（グループ通話）のオプションを契約している必要があります。グループ通話の1人がベンダーのサーバーで自動的に録音しているイメージです。キャリア側の管理画面より契約してください。当方ワイモバイルですが、オプション料は200円／月でした。 iPhone 12 miniで2年使ったがとにかく便利。Lineで上手くいきませんが通話が録音できればOKなので問題ない。とても高音質でiCloudに自動保存され、PCからのアクセスも容易です。今後もずっとお世話になりそうです。 Lineで録音できないのはちょっと悔しいのとそれに伴いマニュアルがなさ過ぎるので星4つ。

iphoneユーザーです。 何度か試してやってみましたが、録音されたものは全て「保留中です、しばらくお待ちください」という音声が流れるだけです。 使えないなら返金してください。

I’m very confused, I just switched to iPhone from an Android. But on Android I paid 9.99 for an entire year. And the calls are automatically recorded, no need to go click this or that. So am I reading this incorrectly or is there something I’m missing??

So you have to pay for the main feature of the app….like what?

I have had this app for years and then the playback messages sounded garbled and now to even use it it’s an app that I have to pay for. And now also to record you have to get out of the call go into the app and the can start recording . Unlike before where it would have the pop up that you hit the record button from. This app is garbage!!!

His app is wasted time wasted money. I got charged for a week and it was supposed to be a free week. Don’t even say in there like all the other apps that you know works by merging calls for conference calls happens if you don’t have a conference call feature or you can’t use it like I’m on a plan and they don’t let you merge calls and all, then won’t give you your money back for it

This is the send time I’ve had a problem with the app and I haven’t gotten responses. I could not open an important interview which I recorded to listen and personally transcribe. When I tried to send a message to the support@apps within the CUBE app, the arrow button would not send. I took screenshots of the message and sent to the address site given by regular Text. I have not gotten a response and time is crucial. They do not provide a phone number to be able to call a Help Line. It is very frustrating!

This app is perfect for anyone needing to gather specific information from phone interviews. No matter where you are, your work can be done. Highly recommend.
