Unfortunately, if you want any really useful features, you have to pay for the app.
I really like how easy it is to track foods and the way the app breaks down macros. There are also articles and info about health and weight loss. Lots of helpful features.
This is the easiest calorie tracker! Where everything is and how to navigate is super intuitive and makes tracking easy! The premium additions for diets are easy to follow. And I love the easy to read weight and calorie icons. By far the best calorie tracker out there.
This App works if you follow all the guidelines. I went from 163 to 125. I’m 66 and haven’t felt this good in a long time. I never feel hungry either. From a size 12 to a size 4-6. My doctor suggested I use the App and I’m so thankful.

My Net Diary app has given me everything I need to succeed in my journey to better eating. Just seeing every aspect of my nutrition, my steps, the ability to scan items into my food diary - it’s a game changer for me. The free app itself is amazing. I upgraded to premium after just a few days because I was so impressed. Now I have it integrated into my Fitbit, which is giving me more motivation. On top of that, the My Net Diary community on the app has been very helpful and encouraging as well. The app provided all the tools. The rest is in my hands!

I’m using the free version for tracking my calories and weight, and I can set goals. I can set a weight goal and a date and the app tells me how many calories per day, the fat/carbs/protein breakdown. You can also track your water intake and steps walked, exercise for the day, etc I would recommend this app! Get an account so you can save your food entries and move from device to device. Scan, enter, or search for the food you’re eating, it’s super easy! But wait! There’s more! 🤩 lol good luck Nancy
