I am really satisfied using this effective dieting program over a long period as l had to follow it twice, before and after the Covid pandemic. In both periods, l have almost reached my goals . Not easy. Good luck to all , and many thanks to who are behind it .

I have been paying for this app for a month now, my idea of using the app is to ensure that as an athlete I get the macros requirements met. Usually people have told me to have five to six times a day, but however you look at that, it was not the goal. The goal was to ensure to have hit my macros target to reach and maintain that weight. It has to take account of the active calories. And it has autopilot, which uses the data trends od my weights and macro calculations to set maintenance and target goals.
Very helpful and so accurate it demonstrates all the data you need to monitor your daily intakes in terms of macro nutrients and calories, literally amazing!
