No RAW photos on Camera + 2

Hi the app loading default screen/startup screen needs a fix. I’m using an iPhone XS Max. Please app needs an optimization or a fix. Hope you will attend this soon. I think you need to optimise the app to work with iPhone XS Max 😊 Version 2.1 has not fix the default startup screen on iPhone XS Max, the camera button and the startup screen button has to get align. Please install the app to a iPhone XS Max and then you will see what I mean. Other than that I love this Camera app. Thank you.

I used camera plus for many years with great results. The latest version (using iOS 18) is a disappointment because the app loads very slowly or NOT AT ALL without internet connection. That is just wrong. The features are great, but how can I use them quickly /on demand if the app doesn't start upon opening!? The little "+" sign rotates for at least half a minute, and then I give up, because I need a picture NOW, not sometime in the future.

I don’t know what they did, but it’s pretty much impossible now to open the app. By the time it loads, your favorite scene is gone, lost. It was such a nice app, but as it is now, it’s unusable.

You have to pay to use all the most of the features.

I had to stop using this app because it doesn’t open until there is an online connection(?) this is always true when in a low cellular connection but also often when WiFi is available. I like it when it works but it’s simply not dependable.

The actual camera portion of the app works great but there are a couple of concerns/issues. First big issue, the app wont open without a data connection, what is going on there ? Why does this app require the ability to phone home? Second there is a major background running issue. This app will absolutely kill my battery with background activity if I don’t force close it. These issues haven’t always existed but the data connection requirement seems to have happened in the last 6 months and the battery killer background process in the last release. UPDATE - App no longer opens. iPhone 13 mini
