Good app on iOS but horrible on Windows
The iOS app is excellent. But the app on Windows is awful, a lot of bugs !!!

Very good product and support
Just bougth and installed the pro version. Excellent application. Had a problem with viewing a mail message, sent a message to support , 10 minutes later i got an answer and a solution to the problem. So refreshing to see a company that responds to your problems. 👍🏼
Basic stuff not working
There are emails I can not read, background is rendered black, with black text on top. On some emails when I try answering the text is rendered white so I do not see what I am typing. Wish their QA team was better, these are not ok.

Looks good
I’ve switched for another app I was using for years but they still didn’t add the notifications for new emails. Now I have it plus that I can search for addresses when I compose an email. I am also using sometimes their Copilot and predefined messages that I added. Seeing all the folder from all the accounts it’s also a plus.
Some good, some bad
Currently evaluating, some features work quite well (read rec., ..) others not or are not well implemented. Why can’t I modify those preset filters ? Also, they don’t work. On the iPad, it doesn’t seem to refresh automatically all the time. Integrations with other actions is not straightforward. This copilot is (for me) NO added value. I ‘m not sure I ‘ll buy..
Offers nice features, but misses some basics
I liked the feature that automatically selects unimportant email while scrolling through your inbox so that you can keep your inbox clean. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to learn from the corrections I made. I kept selecting emails containing invoices, which I did not want to delete. The feature did remind me of some recurring emails that could be deleted. So I decided to run a search for them. The emails were retrieved, but to my surprise I was not able to make any selections. It was an all or nothing story.
They do not respect users
A small bug: keyboard will not be dismissed while after searching, they did not fix it. They just don’t care.
