Please Hebrew support for the interface and right to left support
Serious badges and notifications issues
Update: The most problematic thing about this app is issues with notifications and badges. It may show you a badge for a new message, but when accessing the app there's nothing there. But, after a few minutes the message will appear, although it shows on my Gmail app already. Sometimes it's even worse and I had messages appearing in Canary hours after they were shown on Gmail. If I can't trust the app to deliver all messages in real time, it has no reason of being, at least for me. Slick, fast, works well, tons of customization options. No complaints so far but one - on the Mac app, I wish I could select my appearance theme (dark or light) regardless to my system preferences - I love working on Dark mode on my system preferences, but like my email app to be on a light theme.
Works great
This app works much better then the Mail app on iOS but I wish you could filter by unimportant emails it would make sorting much easier
Feature Gatekeeping
Removing the AI & Auto-Selection functionality from the basic version of Canary was unnecessary, they were the sole reasons I made it my main email manager. Now that I have to pay for simple, not necessarily advanced features is disappointing. Other than that I think that it is a great app.
Email notifications
Email notifications worked for the first few weeks. Now they’re not working at all. That’s the only reason I downloaded this app.
Very Buggy, Sadly
I really want to love Canary. I used it for awhile and left for Spark. Came back to Canary and purchased lifetime. It’s just so buggy, sadly. Crashes on desktop and mobile often enough to be noticeable. Emails display weirdly inside the email viewer. Emails won’t send on mobile unless you stay in the app for several seconds after sending. Just a bunch of little/medium size bugs like this that irritate constantly until you start looking for another option.

As a recommendation, this app looks good, but as frequently payments are not good, do the payment 1 time better, for I’ll check if it’s better than Apple Mailbox I'll keep using it. If not or it with the same features I'll delete it. Thanks for understanding
$99/yr for PGP?
PGP used to be listed as a feature for the basic $20/yr subscription but now it appears you need to pay for the Pro+ ($99/yr at time of writing) just to use PGP with your email.... Such a shame I won’t be renewing.
