The Firestone I went to wasn't in the program or included in this app
This app has a lot of work to do. One day, perhaps it may be good. But that day is not today. Since the Firestone I went to on N. Main St. in Manteca California is not on the app, I have to pay out-of-pocket full with no discounts from them or DoorDash who promised there would be a dinky $10 off discount with CarAdvise. But the girl in the support chat was wonderful. Just that what she said didn't work. AND, came back to make it one star less because the oil change COSTS MORE with this than without, AND the DoorDash discount NO WHERE TO BE SEEN. VERY BAD.
I HATE THIS APP!!!!!
I will never ever ever ever EVER buy tires and go through this app. This was the most INCONVENIENT thing I’ve ever used. I’m infuriated over the amount of times I had to reach out to support
Fraudulent membership services.
I ended up paying 91$ for an oil change. And they refused to reimburse me for the balance I was supposed to be covered for.

Bugs
Why is this app so buggy and won’t let me book a service? Always get an error message saying something is wrong. Does this app need an update? The score for this app is very low
Overcharged
They’ll over charge you. Don’t use them. You’re better off googling coupons of the places you’re looking at using.
Rates are WAY higher than what I was quoted quote
Card advised states that they have discounted rates the best rates and Rave how great their services are. My water pump that they need to have replaced on. My car is only $410 and they are saying that the cheapest garage around is $597, with that don’t waste your time
Doesn’t even work
I’ve attempted to login 20 times. Error loading page, page times out, search times out, logging on as guest times out. I’ve never seen such a worthless app in my life.
Don’t use this app
Price not cheap with this app. I paid more than regular store price and I tried to ask to Caradvise customer service but my agent didn’t explain about it and then closed chat right away. I’m not feel good with this app. They charged me $10 more than regular price and didn’t explain. Don’t use this app.
