No recipes
You have to come up with your own meal plans and recipes, then enter everything you've eaten manually. This makes no sense this way, I was expecting at least some starter meal plans and recipes. Completely unhelpful.

I’ve been following the recommendations for 9 weeks and per my recommended target of 0.9 pounds per week I’m a little higher with 8.5 pounds lost and a whopping 3.75 inches off my waist. The app is easy to use and I’m following the advice of Layne (biolayne) to aim for calories and protein and let the carbs and fats fluctuate.
I love this app, it’s my go to any time I want to reset my eating habits. There is a small bug on the diary though: whenever you select a logged food, you used to be able to edit it after the fact (say you wanted to change your qty from 150g to 100g) but now it just gives an error. Would give it 5 starts otherwise.
Be sure to adjust the macros to calculated vs label if you want things to add up
Is there plans to add water intake and exercise, maybe link it to Apple Watch so I can see my burned calories as well?
For the first time I’m able to understand macros and live within a lifestyle that’s conducive to growth over time and the app does all the math! I love it!
This is the best nutrition app I have ever used
I had high hopes for this app but if the developers allowed for easier import from other apps ( like Lose It or MFP) I would have renewed my subscription.
I really like the idea of this app, and I think if people stick to the recommended macros and calories perfectly most of the time, it works really well. However, I’ve had a few weeks of fluctuations (starting a new job, new routine, etc) and every week I’m deemed ~noncompliant,~ which seems to mean that the app will not give you any further recommendations to tweak your plan. For example, last week, my recommended calories were about 1600 (I’m 23, 5’7” female, and very active so even this is a little low estimate imo, but we’ll follow it for the explanation). I averaged 1950 calories last week and still lost a pound, which is exactly my goal. However, since my protein and calories weren’t close enough to the 1600 cals and macro numbers that the app thinks I should eat, nothing was readjusted. I think this is honestly a very low calorie number for someone whose work gives 10k+ steps a day, and when I work out on top of that 4-5 times a week weightlifting and running. Just a little odd that even if you’re meeting your goals with a different recommendation than the app gives you, the app doesn’t realize that and tweak its numbers. Seems like it’s missing some important data.
I’ve been tracking my macros for a while, but this app makes it very easy. Did my first check in today. So far so good.
