Thank you Carbonite. Problem has been fixed.

I love being able to access files from my pc anywhere.

My Mac crashed, so while I await my rebuild, I wanted to access the files. Most would not load - and the email feature didn't work. I have no idea the use of this app - other than to stress me out that the files may not be good on the backup!!!

This and the PC application are the reason I switched back to carbonite, so much more user friendly and easy to use. More features and faster download from their servers wins the fifth star.

This app was great and I only renewed because of this feature not knowing it would be removed but a week later. Very disappointed.

This app is useless now. It's not to access backed up media from my home PC... But compared to previous versions of the app and being able to back up... I don't cafe about viewing. I want to back up. Obviously this is a company moving in the wrong direction.

I was about to rate this 5 stars. After a couple of weeks of using a app that's when I make reviews. But it's one star now because when I try to back up today it says "unable to back up. Retrying..." And says that every time. I tried rebooting,reinstalling the app, sign in and sign out. Please fix this!

This app is the BEST! No need for remote access any longer! Thank you Carbonite, you just improved my life!
