Cardi Health: Heart Health App

My subscription expired so they sent me a link to pay for new subscription rather than to renew my existing account. Unable to access app due to system error having paid $66 to renew. Inadequate response. Clearly run by a bunch of amateurs. $66 down and no app access

UI is super clean and smooth. Could easily keep track of my medications and is perfect for someone like me who is not very good at remembering these things.

Great app easy to use. Allows us to easily record a lot of lifestyle things from heart rate, weight and even creating a shopping list

Very clean interface, easy to use, and great for those with at risk of or suffering from cardiovascular diseases. I love the fact that workouts, dieting and medication etc. are all in one place.

Lovely little app - I liked the interface and found it easy to use, a section for everything - medication reminders and quantities, meals and health planning, and stats on your heart rate weight etc. Especially liked the option to add a caregiver. Will continue to use and see how I get on!

This app is very limited in its customizations. The app generated a meal plan for 1200 calories a day with no ability to adjust the amount of calories. The workouts are elementary and you can find better options with a simple google search. Seems more like a task reminder app, which you can find for a lot less money.

I had asked for a refund because this was accidentally purchased by one of my kids. I asked minutes after I found out about the purchase and they did not respond to me until four days later just to tell me oh we only give you 24 hours and it’s on a case by case situation this is ridiculous. How can you do that to somebody when it was an accident? Yes, I understand. I have kids that playing on my phones, but everybody has had an issue with their kids either purchased something on their phone for this company to say we can give you a refund even though I reached out minutes after it happened, I would not recommend this.

I cancelled on the app and received an email confirming. They then charged my CC anyway. Then claimed the only way to cancel is to send an email. I provided the confirm from the app and again they deny you can cancel that way.

Did not provide what was advertised, they just wanted to pass along recipes. I requested a refund and cancellation after 2 days, they cancelled but Refused to refund.
