I wasted my money for months, paying for a premium subscription and got nothing in return. Canceling the membership is also annoying. And they offer no refunds.
The app will not accept my password. I created the account initially online. When attempting to login on the app, it asks for the password to connect accounts, the password is not recognized. Would love to use the app. Please help. This is my first time using Care. In my position, convince is key. So please help. Thank you.
It is hard to tell who are still actively looking for a job. I get no response to most of the messages I send out. Some of the descriptions I read from profiles sounds old.
I have found care.com to be very helpful in finding, and maintaining care for my loved ones. The filters are very nice once you understand how to use them, otherwise that can be a bit of a stumbling block to having access to possible workers…my advice is to chat with the business office if this happens and they can help. I have used this service over the years and recommend it. What would be nice is if there were an easier path to find the contact information for the business office or to “chat” with them, That is not easy to navigate to, but is a good place to go to broaden your search capabilities/access to more caregivers.
If you wanted to know what it’s like to use software made by an engineering team that hates you, use ANY of the Care.com products (web, iOS or Android) Every action requires a brand new page load of 4 seconds. Clicking Back in any capacity resets the view (and another 4 second page load) Actions you can take on one platform don’t exist on the other. “Decline” candidates just sends them broken empty texts so they ALL respond to you in your messages (which all take 4 seconds to load, 1 by 1) All 3 platforms are so consistently unusable I have to imagine Care.com is just giving the product team guidance like: “whatever the UX design for hate is, go with that.”
I have had excellent success in getting caregivers for my husband with Parkinsons and a tutor and life skills person for my autistic daughter. This has been an excellent site for me. Lisa Schreiner
It’s a good service I really had to search for a while! But have so far hired to really good people from here in 5 years who work with my Disabilities and age! They also allowed me to work with them! When I could and smart enough to know when I needed to stop! So thanks for your service!
Not great having no calling costumer service. Not great costumer relations. I asked for refund after 2 days, no refund!
When paying for a service I expect it to work more than half the time
It looks like the app crashed and I am not able to access the app or any messages
