Getting this error: The operation couldn't be completed. (Stripeldentity.VerificationSheetFlowControllerError

I have been working on becoming a caregiver for over a month now and am still far from starting the job. The process is excessively long and there is no communication whatsoever. The required classes do not work on I phone and my computer wasn’t compatible with the app. When I told them this they said they would send me a link to take the classes. This was two days ago and I have yet received the link. If you come across the same problem be prepared to be on hold for hours just to leave a voicemail and get a text message 24hrs after calling, if you are lucky enough to talk to someone real prepared to be blown off and get no follow up. I have spent so many hours trouble shooting these bugs it’s getting excessive.

Big problem with signing on after giving the required information. I’m disappointed with this app.

I worked for Care for about two years. I absolutely love it. The flexibility of your schedule is wonderful. Staff is always willing to help. It’s a little slow getting jobs but other than that I have no complaints.

I have been with CareLinx 1 1/2 years and I have found that they are by far one of the best companies to work for. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best individuals that have became family.

I started using this app to check in and check out for my mom to get her hours as a caregiver. Today I tried to check in and with my cell phone it says reload then when I tried to check in again it stopped working. I tried to call the company and they said they don’t have any care representative and they put me on hold. I just hang up and tried to check in on the website and it’s even complicated. Before I can move on with the check in process they took me to a page that says download the CareLinx app on Apple store or Google play. I just deleted the app on my phone they download it again and it’s work fine now. Please fix this glitch on this app

DO WASTE YOUR TIME THEY NEVER CALL BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE A VOICE MAIL DUE TO THE FACT YOU CAN NEVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. IF YOU DO NOT GET PAID CORRECTLY OR IN MY SITUATION AT ALL, THEY NEVER RETURN THE CALL. THEY ALSO SAY PAY IS NEGOTIABLE BUT WON’T GO HIGHER THEN $20.00 KEEP IN MY YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR OWN CAR TO TAKE CLIENTS TO DOCTORS APPOINTMENT, FOOD SHOPPING, TO RUN ERRANDS AND THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR GAS OR TOLL.

It’s like I say every time the service is fine. The caregivers are great but your fees are way too high. You need to lower them please in Jesus holy name remember God is watching so do the right thing. Amen. Amen.

This app is even worse than care.com They're both call centers based in The Philippines

I just downloaded CareLinx and I’m looking to pick up hours. I’m not seeing a way to navigate properly through the app. How do I pick up clients shifts? Is there someone to contact? Is there a support?
