I can’t log in on the app. It won’t send me verification notifications to my phone number or email. So far not happy.
Well guess the app is all you get if you work full time and their hours are 8-5. Give me a break. You call this an informative app? 90% of drs listed is a lie
Awesome great experience
Month after month I constantly have trouble logging in. Face ID never works and than I have to re enter password. I get a sms text to verify but when I enter it does nothing. Can’t pay my invoices. Can’t log in from the website either.
I can’t log-in. When I try to verify through one of the security methods nothing happens. No email, no phone call, no text. I’m sure that I had the correct log-in info. It’s the same thing on the website. I have been having this issue for a few months. There seems to be a lot of this same complaint in the most recent section of the reviews. There are programs that can only be signed up online and we can’t get to them. I wonder if the state knows this? I tried to go to app support before I left a review and that page doesn’t even exist. It takes you to a blank page.
This site is very hard to use. It is not always up to date. It always give an error message that you cannot sign, even though you can. It is very confusing!
I’ve trying to login for a whole week and nothinghappens it keeps loading without logging in . Very slow app
Every time I log in to the app, these things annoy me: -It asks me to update my plan (which I’ve already done) -No dark mode It DOES allow me to pay my bill, which is nice.
