Trying to do the My Caresourse thing to earn rewards and it’s not working at all just stuck on loading screen

Need to fix the app never work

This app doesn’t work for anything. I open the app, log in and it loads to a black screen and that’s it. I have deleted the app and redownloaded the app and still the same situation.

Can’t set up auto pay

Problems emailing tge health insurance card to doctors, issues with app locking up during during provider searches and just “glitchy” issues.

I found this application confusing and I could not find my facilities easily. I had to call for technical support. Also the sign in procedure is cumbersome and does not accept normal login procedures.

I was given ID cards I went through the entire process of completing the application. Was told by several people. I lost my insurance on February 29 this year. I was told because of losing my insurance I was able to get the coverage. My start date was April 1,2024. I called my doctor to set up an appointment but the receptionist told me my new insurance was not affective. I called and was told my insurance was canceled Apri1,2024 because it was outside of open enrollment. Wasn’t it an exception because I had lost my insurance.

I have been trying add my Marketplace insurance information to the app for months and every time I try it says it doesn’t recognize my information.

“In network” numbers and providers are completely innacurate.
