Really happy that during our trip in NYC this app was available to allow many transfer in an efficient way This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.

Vraiment génial ! On vient vous récupérer à la sortie à l’heure, on vous dépose à l’hôtel et au retour on vous pose devant le bureau d’enregistrement des bagages ! Pas de prise de tête dans les transports surtout pour notre premier voyage à NYCT. Je recommande fortement !

Amazing app and service...when you browse your travels in the app, you can see the car model that picks you up, a photo of the car, the driver's name, his phone number and his photo...and of course the time before he arrives at meeting point. As I was stuck in my plane that was waiting for its docking bay at JFK, I knew I'll be late, and more than the 15 minutes taxis and private cars accept before making you pay...so I call the driver to warn him. Therefore, he go and make another course, and the main desk send me another car when I call them when I was eventually out. The car came 6 minutes after my call. Great service perfect after a long haul flight. So good to be able to rely on carmel when you are tired. Car arrived 7 mins after notifying them that i had collected my bag. They offered me 10$ credit if i would share my experience which i am happy to do so as i definitely will use them again.

I ordered a taxi 12 hours before my trip, and Carmel 10 minutes before to arrive call me to cancel the trip because no taxi available. What is this services. How plan a trip to take a plane if your taxi company is not capable to assume theire obligation. Forget this company and delete application.

Very good experience with CarmelLimo. Free call from a phone booth at the airport and 10 minutes after the car was here. The car had more space than expected. We have been driven safely until our destination. This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.

Carmel is a good car service. The app is terrible. I have never successfully booked a ride using it. After filling in the info there is always an error. I book them by phone instead — like the 1990s. Tragic.
