I hate relying on this app to get in my apartment when I don’t take my phone to workout or to take the trash out.

This app never seems to work. I’ve lived here 2 years and I feel like I’ve been able to use this app successfully MAYBE 25% of the time.

My apartment uses Carson to manage the door and maintenance. This app sometimes has malfunctions in opening door. And, it can not creat a service request now. It must have very bad codings and bugs.

if you want to get into your apartment, don’t use this app and just ask your building for a physical key. everything is slow and takes multiple tries - opening the door, viewing the camera. i know i hate it and even our front desk gets frustrated with it SO WHY R WE USING IT? i pay so much to live in this building and literally the simplest thing — opening my door — does NOT WORK. i encourage buildings to USE ANOTHER APP TRUST ME!!!!

The primary use of this app is for the key functions, but it takes several clicks to do so. I would strongly suggest to the developer to consult a designer to make this app more useable. Having this app available on Watch and CarPlay would be a huge benefit for opening doors and car parking gates. The app works and does what it does, but with some very simple changes could be great. It is just ok as is.

The live cam feed never works smh. Waste of an app

The virtual key doesn’t work - waiting two hours for the superintendent to arrive to open the door

v 2.45.1 wrecked Camera Live feed. Have developers ever heard of testing or quality assurance before inflicting buggy version?

If I could give this app Zero stars I would. It’s barely functional at best as an actual key WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE IT MAIN FUNCTION!!!!!The only thing that’s useful is putting in service orders which you need to do constantly in this building anyway. The community chat feature is miserable as you need to wait atleast 48 hours for your post to be approved and you can’t openly comment on posts as those need to be cleared as well and messages constantly disappear. I’m constantly having to delete and redownload to app to get it to function. Worst Bluetooth “key” app I’ve ever used in any setting.

I had problems connecting the App outside the my building back then, the previous update was a fix, I thought it would be fair to review it after couple of months of daily operation. I’ve been using the same phone , same cellular network, same plan FYI.
