Taking advantage of holiday sales
The quality of the clothing speaks for itself with a very active toddler. So taking advantage of the sales is a plus.

Before can get my order with in 2 weeks now it can take one month or more
Can’t click on things
The app hasn’t worked for some time. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and it still doesn’t work. It won’t let me view or add things to my cart. It worked fine before!

Worst app to use
The app does not work on my phone. It would not open even after refreshing.
Not the best app
Carters seems to make things harder than they have to be. For a while searching was a problem. Now I can’t put anything in the cart without signing in. If I use PayPal or Apple Pay all my details are available anyway. Signing in isn’t really necessary. Wind up not bothering about half the time.
Terrible App Experience
Downloaded & deleted within 10 mins. Unable to do anything. App froze
Fix the app!!!
