CASETiFY

I ordered a phone case a few months ago and it was shipped to a wrong address. I have been emailed to the Casetify company so many times for a refund/replacement of my ordered phone case. However, they have not listened to my problem and never really solved the problem with me. I am really disappointed because I have been a fan of their phone cases and I have been ordering phone cases and other products multiple times. I never received that customised phone case and it was meant to be a gift… I am really sad and disappointed of their service this time.

the iphone 11 option doesn’t work. it wont let me choose that option

the app opened but it has stayed on the same page every time i login,it doesn't work for me and i am very disappointed and i even closed all of my tabs and it still didn't work

Hi Casetify I love your app and all the cases but...... why can you create way more on safari then on the real app

It says free shipping worldwide its a lie as soon as you pick out of america it cost you half of what your paying for a case.

Casetify’s products are the exact quality true to their word about the anti drop / smash protection aspect. I have cerebral palsy which is a physical disability requiring the use of a wheelchair affecting all four limbs particularly in using my fine motor control in my hands so can guarantee I will end up dropping my phone daily throughout my day but I have the reassurance that my phone will not be broken and is a comfort knowing that fact and what this company says is 100% correct. Highly recommend.

I like the app it's easy to use but EVerytime I go on the app I have to log in again not sure if it's my doings that makes it do this!
