The designs are really nice as they let us customise it,I DEMAND a lower price like $10-20 so that the world can be fair just by this small act!(who agrees?)
I can’t click anywhere to stop the video of customisation that keeps replaying, it’s so annoying
This phone app is lack of features than the website, but if you want to add up your own pictures to your phone case, then phone app will be the one. So two stars for the phone app. I’d prefer order from your website.
How does this company survive if customers cannot pay 😂
I ordered a phone case at 2 jan 2018 and now 20 nov 2020 I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE THE PHONE CASE please get my phone case back or else I would like a FULL REFUND please
Hey I think there’s a problem with your current app - have tried putting together and carting out a customised casing a zillion times but the checkout button keeps disappearing??? Feeling quite frustrated with the app and am thinking of giving up already... please fix this problem, thank you 🙏🏼
Never regretted buying cases from Casetify.
I’m paying 50USD ( free shipping ) for a case which took about 2 months to arrive. Additionally, a mous case ( roughly 56 usd + shipping ) only takes 2 days to arrive to my destination. Casetify is honesty a joke when it comes to delivery services.
I placed my order and was told to expect delivery by 16th April 2018. When I did not receive my cases, I did a search of the tracking number. Stated that this item has been sent by Hong Kong’s post while a search with the local carrier states that item cannot be found. Tried emailing to rectify the problem but did not receive any reply apart from a system generated reply.
