I ordered a case from this website. Everyday I want to check my shipping details and track my order but it keeps logging me out every time I enter the app. Shouldn't my account details be saved? I find it annoying that I have to log in again everytime I want to check my shipping progress.

Do we need to sign in every time we use the app? It’s annoying

I love checking all the new cases in this apps and it really up to date every time and easy to access

What a waste of time. Casetify international? My local donut shop app is better than this app. What a rubbish. Please hire more dedicated developers. Your point of making apps to sell things but what in the world happen if your app cannot sell item to customer. Ridiculous isn’t? Please uograde your app. Now the app is like rubbish. No use download. Don’t blabber at your instagram saying to download the app if the app is rubbish

Hi casetify , please please double check your apps and website as it will suddenly automatically change to chinese language when everytime i browse Casetify X Space Jam .

No exchanges? That’s ridiculous for a product that was a gift and over $100. I will never shop here again
