Stupid app keeps scrolling all the way back to the top.

I ordered a case from this website. Everyday I want to check my shipping details and track my order but it keeps logging me out every time I enter the app. Shouldn’t my account details be saved? I find it annoying that I have to log in again everytime I want to check my shipping progress.

Do we need to sign in every time we use the app? It’s annoying

Hey I couldn’t find searching option in the apps, is it expected from your end?

I love checking all the new cases in this apps and it really up to date every time and easy to access

What a waste of time. Casetify international? My local donut shop app is better than this app. What a rubbish. Please hire more dedicated developers. Your point of making apps to sell things but what in the world happen if your app cannot sell item to customer. Ridiculous isn’t? Please uograde your app. Now the app is like rubbish. No use download. Don’t blabber at your instagram saying to download the app if the app is rubbish

Hi casetify , please please double check your apps and website as it will suddenly automatically change to chinese language when everytime i browse Casetify X Space Jam .

I think the screen layout and graphic design of the app itself could be improved.

First off, I downloaded the app mainly for the big Evangelion drop so I could get the notification for when it happened. Unfortunately I never received the notification and wasn’t even able to purchase the new items when they were supposed to be available (I was still able to through the website), and this resulted in a lot of the items I was looking to get being sold out. Secondly, every now and again when I open the app it will log me out of my account for no reason, making me log back in to view my orders, etc. Not a crazy issue but quite annoying. Thirdly, the app itself just feels very barebones, and makes it tedious to look for specific items. A search/filter bar would be a good way of mitigating this. These are my main complaints, like I said nothing really catastrophic but pretty antagonizing nonetheless.
