Worst customer service

I am writing this with at most dissatisfaction . I am trying to cancel my credit card.only option is through their call Centre number.and if you call ,they will not pick your call for long time .i have tried about 45 minutes and still not picked. First time it was 20 minutes and it is not a toll free number.they will charge.Later while processing my request , call got cut because of balance issue.and I didn’t get any call back.second time as I said , until 45 minutes no one picked the call and money lost for me. DONT TAKE ANY CARDS FROM THEM.YOU WILL BREAK YOUR HEAD FOR THE CANCELLATION PROCESS😡😡😡😡

Trying to call helpline for 3 days, everyday wait for 10-15 minutes and still keeps saying agents are busy

No customer support from CBD. I waited for a long time to connect with any representative of Cbd. No one answered the call and didn't receive any callback.

By far hit all the target for being the worst bank when it comes to customer service. 3 days straight I’ve tried to reach out with their customer care. I do believe they don’t have anyone. Nobody’s answering until 2am in the morning. Seriously

Customer service they will make u feel like u ask them for favour if they answer i tried to call them more than 20 days everyday from 4 difference numbers they cut the call
