This app is working very slow

The app keeps crashing on the main page, which makes me wonder about the QA process. It’s frustrating as a user when basic functionality isn’t working. I hope the development team can address these bugs quickly and improve the overall experience

One of the worst application in UAE

I have started using cbd one credit card but for offers when i am checking on this application it is always showing technical issues and customer service is also not helping I will soon close this card very disappointed

My account is locked from 48 hours i mail to CBD and also i try there coutomers support conatact number but there is no response from coutomers support and i am out of country .. shame on CBD

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen by a financial institution (banks etc.), I have requested a new debit card and after 4 days I even didn’t receive a single call from the bank. Very poor performance to deals customers properly. I hope the senior management will take it consideration. Thank you

I did not get an application process with in less than 12 hours very quick and good service.
