我们学校用这个，开门都开不了，重新下载以后连登陆都进不去，你有病吧，这什么垃圾软件一点维护都没有的，到底谁在觉得这个好用啊

垃圾（junk），几次输错后就没有任何补救措施了，也不好解冻，真的低效

This is my first ever app store review, but when I saw the 1.4 star average rating for this app I knew I had to do my part to bring it lower. I’ve reinstalled this app 10+ times over this past semester, I’ve tried it on data and on wifi, and I’ve never made it past the authentication screen. From what I understand, other students have the same issues. I have no clue how this app is officially used by my university, but I dream of the day it gets switched out for something that works. Choose a different ID app.

If I could give it a zero, I would. But that’s not possible, so I give it a ONE. This app never works properly I hate it

Doesnt work half the time

this app legitimately has never worked for me i’m so angry

I despise the fact that my university uses this app because it is the most poorly created app I have ever seen. I have never made it past the log in screen.
