Junky U.I but still ultimately a win
Whilst respectfully, the hospital food at Royal Melbourne isn’t great.
And whilst the entire U.I for this app is junky and frustrating, the fact of being able to select my own meals (for the next day ahead at least) did make my stay somewhat better.
Does not work
👎👎👎
Hope you don’t like milk tea
HOSPITALS please stop using this app!!!
This is to date the worst app I’ve ever used.
“Select four options”
Blocks you out after you choose 1 or 2.
If you want a cup of tea? You have to choose between a tea bag with hot water or a tea bag with milk with no cup to drink it in. They actually make you select hot water for your tea as an option. Selecting a tea bag will just deliver you quite literally a single tea bag.
The app also doesn’t regulate with the respected hospitals protocols (which may not be the apps fault) but after you place your order the kitchen may sometimes only send up a handful of items as they have a cut off on what you can order - that the app doesn’t notify you of.
There’s no FAQ’s, there’s no help or support.
Sub Zero
If I could give less stars than one, I would.
Ordering for breakfast before midnight
How do I order breakfast for the next day before I go to sleep at night? I have no idea because there are no faqs or instructions anywhere I can find.
Can’t order breakfast until after midnight?????
Very useful app until you want to order breakfast for the next day before going to sleep at night. If there is a way to do this it needs to be more apparent because I tried for days to figure it out.
Broken
Ordering is absolutely broken and atrocious. This puts all ordering on the exhausted internal call centre staff and people are missing out on food while trying to recover. Please fix yourself.
Truth
This app gave me the cancer.
Totally useless
The app will not register me on the grounds that my DOB and MRN do not match a current admission as I sit here in my ward bed trying to order a meal. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again with the same result.
Save yourself the frustration and use the phone!
Completely useless when your currently in the hospital
What a waste of time won’t let me use what so ever can’t even use to make an account looks like I’ll be going hungry 🤬
